Tappd helps businesses turn WhatsApp messages, voice notes and photos into useful actions and records. The business remains responsible for checking outputs, confirming records and deciding what to rely on.

What Tappd is

Tappd is a WhatsApp-first business management platform for Irish SMEs. It helps with workflows such as Jobs, Bookings, Compliance and Publish, including quotes, appointments, payment links, reminders, records, evidence packs, review requests and content drafts.

Tappd works by helping turn everyday business conversations into structured actions and useful business memory.

What Tappd is not

Tappd is a record-keeping, workflow and drafting tool. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, food-safety advice, property advice, professional certification, inspection approval or a guarantee that a business is compliant with any regulation.

Businesses remain responsible for checking official systems, meeting legal obligations, reviewing outputs, keeping required records and getting professional advice where needed.

Accounts and authority

If you create or manage a Tappd account for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that business. You are responsible for keeping login, WhatsApp, payment and connected-account access secure.

Acceptable use

You must not use Tappd to:

  • Break the law or encourage unlawful activity.
  • Send spam, abusive messages, misleading review requests or unwanted customer communications.
  • Upload or send content that you do not have permission to use.
  • Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass security controls.
  • Use Tappd in a way that damages Tappd, other users, customers, Twilio, Stripe, Google or other connected providers.

Payment terms

Paid Tappd services may be billed by subscription, usage, setup fee, pilot fee or another agreed plan. Payment processing may be handled through Stripe.

If a subscription is cancelled, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed. Amounts already due may still need to be paid. Some payment, invoice or receipt records may be retained or anonymised where needed for accounting, tax, dispute or record-keeping reasons.

Outputs, records and connected services

Tappd may draft quotes, bookings, messages, records, review requests, Google Business Profile posts and other outputs. These outputs should be checked before they are sent, saved as final records or relied on.

Tappd does not guarantee that Google posts will be approved, that reviews will be left, that revenue will increase, or that any connected provider will keep a feature available.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Tappd may change, pause or remove features as the product develops. Some pages may describe pilot, planned or developing services. We do not promise that every feature shown on the website is live for every customer.

Termination and account closure

You can ask to close your business account. We may also suspend or close access if these terms are breached, if payment is not made, if required connected services are unavailable, or if continued use would create legal, security or operational risk.

Account closure and deletion are handled in line with the Privacy Policy and any agreed customer terms.

Liability

Tappd is provided as a practical business workflow tool. To the fullest extent allowed by Irish law, Tappd is not responsible for losses caused by unchecked outputs, missed official obligations, professional advice not being taken, misuse of the service, third-party platform outages, or reliance on the website as if it were a final legal or compliance opinion.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
